The following are the various practices that are expected of all partners for the purpose of ensuring that everyone works for the growth of his or her business and also for the betterment of all our various stakeholders. Please refer to them every time for your own good.

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to amend this information any time.

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL uses the term PARTNERS, MEMBERS, interchangeably to refer to any person who has decided after having gone through the terms and conditions and have paid the mandatory PARTNERSHIP DUES.

When you sign up as a PARTNER with SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL you agree to follow and be bound by the Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures, which are amended from time to time.

Violations of our Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures may be cause for cancellation of participation. Please read through these Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures carefully to fully benefit and understand your rights and responsibilities as a PARTNER of SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL.

MEMBERSHIP

As you sign up with us you accept to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE amount of $20. This is all you need to kick-start your involvement in our company by using our website and having access to our training materials to develop your BUSINESS as a marketer.

NO PARTNER IS PERMITED TO COLLECT MORE THAN THE MEMBERSHIP SIGN UP FEE FROM ANY INTENDING MEMBER IN FORM OF ANY SERVICE CHARGE.

IF REPORTED AND DISCOVERED TO BE SO, SUCH PARTNERS ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY.

NO REFUNDS

The PARTNERSHIP sign up FEE OF $20 is NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore all intending partners must understand clearly this and tell all intending partners this same thing.
MEMBERSHIP CODE OF ETHICS

  • All partners MUST be honest and be true in presenting the activities of the COMPANY and in their dealings with every PARTNER AND INTENDING PARTNERS.

  • All partners MUST NOT make any negative or disparaging remarks about SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL, fellow partners, projects, and benefits and if reported and discovered to be true such partners accounts will be deleted immediately without any option.

  •  All partners MUST NOT produce marketing or training aids of any kind for sale to other promoters without the prior written permission from Company.

  • ALL partners MUST promote their business in an ethical and legal manner and MUST NOT engage in activities that will cause loss to SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL or ANY other PARTNER.

  • All partners MUST NOT use the organization's name, information literature, gatherings of people or other Company Resources to promote other business interests (i.e. advertise other company’s activities).

  • All partners MUST abide by all Policies and Procedures that pertain to the operation of the business. NO PARTNER IS ALLOWED TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER BUSINESS THAT HAS THE SAME LINE OF SERVICES WITH SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL. Violation of this rule will result in termination of membership and all SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL Benefits.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Company reserves the right to accept or reject any member's Application and Registration form without having to assign any reason for its acceptance or rejection.

All PARTNERS are independent promoters and are neither agents nor employees of SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL.

A Partner must have only one SPONSOR.

PARTNERS ACCOUNT INFORMATION

All partners MUST update any CHANGE of registration details of their account from their BACK OFFICE such as email address, postal address, and mobile phone number so that each member is kept up to date with all information.

These updates are also posted in the News/Events section of the SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL website and dashboard of each Partner's website.

Each member must keep their password and other access information confidential and notify SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL promptly if the member believes that the security of an account has been compromised.

No partner should disclose his or her password and access information to any person either through SMS OR E-MAIL or any other forum. SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL has taken reasonable steps to protect the security of online transactions.

BUILDING A PERSONAL MARKETING TEAM

Partners are advised to build a personal marketing team by introducing the Compensation Plan to interested people who are willing to undergo business training.

This will definitely cause the partners business to improve significantly. It is the responsibility of such PARTNER to assist in the training, and monitor the activity of members of his marketing team.

A sponsoring PARTNER is obliged to fairly and fully explain the marketing plan to all prospective PARTNERS, making sure to stress that the degree of success is directly related to individual effort and ability.

PARTNERS ASSOCIATION WITH SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL

The relationship between Partners and SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL is established only by this Agreement. A PARTNER is not an agent, employee or any other legal representative of SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL or its service providers.

Partners are solely responsible for payment of taxes and any federal, state, local or other taxes that may be due as a result of their SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL business activities. Partners agree to abide by any federal, state, and local government laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of their business.

TRADEMARKS AND MARKETING MATERIALS

PARTNERS will not use the SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL trade names and/or trademarks except to promote SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL. In all such authorized use,
Partners will ensure that they represent themselves as an independent representative and that all marketing efforts are the responsibility of the partner and not the company.

Any sales and marketing materials supplied by SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL may NOT be sold to other parties at a profit and that any purchase of these materials from SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL does not qualify partners for any reward.

MARKETING MATERIALS CREATED BY PARTNERS

Partners may create their own marketing materials. Any marketing materials that use the name SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL or any of SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL logos, trademarks or trade names MUST be approved by SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL before they can be used.

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL has no liability or responsibility for any content, including the quality, accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of any information, product, service or process promoted on members web site or other marketing materials.

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE

On occasion, SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL will undergo routine maintenance. SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL will make every effort to do maintenance as quickly and conveniently as possible, and to respond to technical problems promptly. SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL may be required to access a Partner's web site from time to time to provide maintenance. 

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL will not in any circumstance be responsible for problems, losses, or damages arising from loss of connectivity; errors in content due to application problems; loss of access by Members; or temporary or permanent loss of data.

INCOME

All partners must understand that rewards in the Compensation Plan can only materialize only when partners sign up new partners and each partner is actively engaged in aggressive marketing of our services.

Any reward or income a partner earns or receives through the business plan is a direct result of the marketing efforts of the members and other members in their sales team.

Partners must meet the required qualifications as set out by SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL to receive rewards or get paid from the Compensation plan.

POLICY CHANGES

Partners agree that SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL may from time to time make changes to its benefits and opportunities, services, sign-up fees, marketing plan and incentives. 

Partners will be made aware of changes via email or sms to the email address or mobile phone listed in their account details as well as posting updates in the UPDATE section of the SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL website or partners Dashboard. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure the email address listed in their account is valid and that they check regularly their Dashboard for the latest updates.

WITHDRAWAL FEES

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL will deduct Withdrawal fee from each bank account withdrawal made by members. This fee shall be advised accordingly.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Partners understand that the SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL marketing plan, details of their progress in the rewards program, details of their SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL sales team, and official company literature are proprietary information and considered trade secrets of SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL.

Partners hereby agree not to directly or indirectly disclose or use any of said confidential or proprietary information except to specifically promote SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL opportunity in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

INHERITABILITY

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL membership account, like any other account, is fully transferable in accordance with the terms of a Will, or, in the absence of a Will, it passes to the heirs pursuant to the applicable interstate succession laws.

All partners are expected to input the names of an inheritor when signing up who takes over the benefits in the event of the death of a partner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL agrees that the company will always fulfill its own part of this agreement by encouraging all its partners to work hard by bringing in new partners. The company will not be liable for her partners not making as much as it shows in the compensation plan. The figure is attainable so long as each partner makes up all the conditionality.

IMPOSITION OF PENALTY

If a partner breaches any of the provisions of this Agreement

The Organization shall have the option of imposing any one or more of the following penalties for Violations:

Blocking of the Member's SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL account;

Imposition of a fine in an amount to be determined by the Organization; or Termination of the Partners Account and all benefits forfeited.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof, and no other additional promises, representations, guarantees or agreements of any kind shall be valid concerning such subject matter unless in writing and signed by an authorized officer of SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL.

RESPONSIBILITY

SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for the acts of its Partners under any circumstances for their wrongful and illegal activities.

DONATIONS

Every member who has joined the company donate 5% of their earning to SMILE WORLD FOUNDATION towards the company’s NGO various projects to the less privileged, and the associated costs of running the organization.

APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

A Partner acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement. A partner understands that this Agreement is not in force until accepted.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY COMPANY HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE ANTI-SPAM POLICY.

THIS MEANS THAT ANY PARTNER THAT SPAM'S IN ANY WAY SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED WITH ALL RIGHTS FORFEITED. Any Partner found spamming will have his or her relationship to SMILE WORLD INTERNATIONAL terminated, when Company receives complaints from any part of the Internet community and verifies same. A Partner cannot violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law. Illegal spamming activity includes posting identical or substantially similar articles to an excessive (more than 3) number of news groups or continued posting of articles which are of topic for a newsgroup; Sending unsolicited mass (to more than 10 users) emailing which provoke complaints from the recipients or where the recipients have not agreed, prior to such mailing to accept such emails. Unsolicited commercial advertisements will be treated as illegal Spam.
